Please send us an e-mail with the reason for return. You will then receive an e-mail with instructions on how to return the bag.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Return conditions are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">You notify, within 14 days of receiving the bag, Gessami by email (info@gessami.nl) that you wish to return the bag(s).<\/li>\n<li>Return shipping costs are at your expense.<\/li>\n<li>The bag(s) will be returned undamaged, unused with the tags attached, in the original packaging, with the dustbag and storage box. We verzoeken je dan ons een e-mail te sturen met daarin de reden voor retourneren. Je ontvangt vervolgens van ons een e-mail met de instructie voor het retourzenden van de tas. De voorwaarden bij retourneren zijn: Je laat, binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van de tas, Gessami per e-mail (info@gessami.nl)\u00a0weten dat je de tas(sen) wilt retourneren. De verzendkosten voor het retourneren komen voor jouw rekening. De tas(sen) worden onbeschadigd, ongebruikt met de tags aangehecht, in de originele verpakking, met de dustbag en bewaardoos, retour gestuurd. Indien het artikel beschadigd is, zal dit bedrag in mindering worden gebracht. Na ontvangst van de retourzending, zullen we dit aan je bevestigen via de e-mail.
