SHIPPING WITHIN 1 TO 3 WORKING DAYS

Gessamí aims to ship the products within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation of the order, but guarantees to ship within 7 days at the latest, unless a longer period is agreed upon.

The dispatch of products will occur through PostNL or DHL. As soon as the products are sent, you are informed thereof by e-mail. This e-mail includes a ‘track and trace code’.

The risk of damage and/or loss of products lies with the company until the moment of delivery to the consumer, unless expressly agreed upon otherwise.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping within the Netherlands is free. For shipping outside the Netherlands, the shipping costs depend on the selected country. The amount of these costs will be displayed when placing your order. If your country is not on our shipping list, please contact our Customer Care team at info@gessami.nl.

VAT

All prices shown on www.gessami.nl include 21% Dutch VAT.

Please note: All orders shipped outside of Europe are subject to import fees. The recipient is liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
