PRODUCTS
All items for sale in Gessamí's e-boutique are available. If an item is out of stock it will be mentioned with the item. If you would like to order a specific item in a different color or an item is sold out, please contact our customer service team.
Each product is uniquely photographed and the colors displayed match the actual colors. Nevertheless, it is possible that colors may vary slightly from computer to computer.
PACKAGING
All items by Gessamí come in a satin dustbag and magnetic storage box.
ORDERS
The customer is responsible for entering the correct information when placing an order. Is there a mistake or do you want to change information? As long as the order has not been shipped, changes can be processed. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible for this.
It may take several minutes to place your order and receive the order summary. Also check your "Spam" inbox, as the message may have been delivered there, depending on your email settings. If you still have not received an e-mail, please contact customer service.
DELIVERY
Delivery within the Netherlands is free. The cost of shipping to other countries varies by country. These costs are displayed at checkout.
Gessamí aims to ship the products within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation of the order, but guarantees to ship within 7 days at the latest, unless a longer period is agreed upon.

In our e-boutique at www.gessami.nl, you can use a variety of payment methods.
iDeal
With iDeal you can pay online through the familiar online payment environment of your own bank.
Creditcard
You can pay with MasterCard, VISA or American Express.
Apple Pay
Apple Pay is a mobile payment service developed by Apple Inc.. which allows users to pay with an appropriate Apple device linked to a credit or debit card.
RETURNS
If your purchase did not meet your expectations, we offer you the option to return it.
To return a product, please contact our customer service department. Once you have requested a return, we will send you an email with shipping instructions. The customer must create the shipping label and pay the cost of the return.
We will do our best to refund your purchase price to you as soon as possible. Within 14 days after we have received the returned item you will receive a refund. You will receive the purchase price in the same way you paid it.
