RETURNS

We hope you are very happy with your order but in the unlikely event that you wish to return the bag, this is of course possible. Please send us an e-mail with the reason for return. You will then receive an e-mail with instructions on how to return the bag.

Return conditions are:

• You notify, within 14 days of receiving the bag, Gessami by email (info@gessami.nl) that you wish to return the bag(s).
• Return shipping costs are at your expense.
• The bag(s) will be returned undamaged, unused with the tags attached, in the original packaging, with the dustbag and storage box. If the item is damaged, this amount will be deducted.
• Upon receipt of the return, we will confirm this to you via email.
• No later than 14 days after receiving the return package, we will transfer the amount to your bank account.
